Our breakthrough surfaced when a stressed client in 2024 faced their key investor meeting being brought forward by three hours, requiring deliveries aligned accordingly. Rather than declaring it impossible, our team created what we now label "flex-timing"—floral setups that look flawless whether they arrive at 9 AM or 2 PM.
